With only a few days to go (11 days and counting!) before the tender submission deadline for G-Cloud 4 at 15.00 on 23 September 2013, we wanted to give you a gentle nudge to get your submissions in sooner rather than later. To help we've put together some guidelines to ensure you haven't missed anything.
Submitting your tender
- Make sure you answer all the tender-response questions and then 'submit' your responses in the eSourcing suite. If you don’t do this your tender will not be eligible for G-Cloud 4. Please note that you do not need to attach any files to your responses in eSourcing, all these are uploaded in the Service Submission Portal (SSP).
- As well as the eSourcing suite submission, you'll need to complete all the appropriate sections in the SSP with the service information that will be published on the CloudStore. You must answer all questions and upload all mandatory documentation for each service (Service Definition, Terms and Conditions, Pricing Documents), and take this opportunity to ensure your services are categorised appropriately. If you do not upload the documents, you will not be able to submit your service as part of your tender.
- Once your services have a status of ‘completed’ make sure you click the ‘submit’ button to submit each service as part of your tender. You'll then see ‘submitted’ in the status box next to each service and a running total of your submitted services at the top. Any services which are not marked as ‘submitted’ will not be considered as part of your tender for G-Cloud 4. This applies to all suppliers and all services, whether already on G-Cloud and carrying services forward, or whether submitting for the first time.
