Information for Suppliers

As we’ve now issued all the intention to award letter for G-Cloud ii we’re now into the Alcatel Period and there are a couple of things we wanted to remind suppliers about and now seems a good time to do it:

1.  We need  your completed framework agreements. We will be issuing these on the 17th of October and we will need them returned by the 25th October. Without a signed agreement your service will not be available on CloudStore and will not begin going through the accreditation process (if applicable).

2. Each month you will need to complete a monthly MISO return showing orders and sales through G-Cloud, even when no sales have occurred GPS will still need a MISO form completed showing a nil return. This is important so we can track and monitor the amount of activity through the framework and to help us see where Government is spending its money (what types of products and services).  The template  includes places to add details for both  Orders and Invoices. For more information on MISO and other Supplier obligations  have a look at these:

3.  We’re aware that many suppliers will want to make public the fact that they’re on the framework. This great and we’d encourage it but if you’re going to do it then we’d like you to ensure that you’re following the guidelines in the framework agreement and use text that you’ve had approved by us. Please note that the branding is not to be used before formal awards have been made so we’re providing this now to allow suppliers to prepare but NOT publish until press releases are approved and awards formalised.

If you’ve got any question about any of this or want to include a quote in your press notice, then please just get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help you.

What user details do we need to provide to login to MISO? I just spoke with someone at GPS who told me that GCloud II had not yet been added to MISO; is this correct?

      Hi Gabriel

I’ve just spoken to the MISO Team in GPS and they advise me that user details will be sent out by this Friday afternoon.

      Thanks
